Beijing Sino-Steel Industry & Trade Group Corp.(SSIT) has expertise and the resources to undertake basic oxygen furnace (BOF) steelmaking projects on a turnkey basis including complete basic and detailed design, manufacture, shop testing, painting, supply, testing & commissioning, performance guarantee and after-sales technical service.

In past few years, SSIT has completed successfully a number of BOF projects in China. In 2008, SSIT commenced its first BOF project in India (please see reference list). SSIT is able to provide practical, efficient, and state-of-art BOF plant design and technology with equipment that met all requirements of high-end and low-end use.

• Top and bottom combined blown converter
• Oxygen lance of high efficiency and low consumption
• Auxiliary lance for dynamic automatic control
• BOF lining life enhancement (slag-splashing for lining protection, zoned lining, lining hot repair, gunning) to obtain maxima BOF campaign of 20,000 heats or economical BOF campaign over 10,000 heats
• Converter primary/secondary de-dusting system (improved OG de-duster for fume emission ≤ 50 mg/Nm3, dry de-duster for fume emission ≤ 10 mg/Nm3 )
• BOF slag treatment and recovery for sinter plant or blast furnace(hot slag water quenching, slag rolling mill)
• Slurry recovery and utilization
• BOF circulating water treatment plant
