Beijing Sino-Steel Industry & Trade Group Corporation (SSIT) leverages its advantages of marketing, installation and project execution, research and development of air separation plant (ASP), especially for oxygen supply. Our leading products are large and medium air separation plants.

We are the foremost enterprise for designing and installing large-sized ASPs in China focusing on the metallurgy industry. The production plant has 560 staff, with 120 engineers(18 senior engineers and 102 engineers), 2 persons with special state permits,  5 senior skilled technicians and 12 skilled technicians. The company has several kinds of equipment of nearly 300 sets, and recipient of pressure vessel design & manufacture certificates, pressure pipeline design & installation certificates, as well as class II qualification for the special equipment installation engineering. The company is also ISO9001: 2000 certified.

All of these allows us to provide products and plants that meet the strictest standards. Our objective was to develop large-sized ASPs and now constitute 80% of the units we have supplied and installed. We provide 10000 m³/h, 15000 m³/h (medium size), and 30000m³/h , 52000m³/h, etc. (large-sized) ASPs.

Our main products include 1000m³/h, 1500m³/h, 3200m³/h, 4500m³/h, 6000m³/h, 10000m³/h, 15000m³/h, 20000m³/h, 30000m³/h, 52000 m³/h and other series of air separation plants with, both gas products (O^₂ and N₂) and liquid products, low purity and high purity can be produced. Besides this argon, neon, krypton and xenon can be partially or fully recovered, suited to the client's requirement and specificatons.

In 1978, technology for 10000m³/h and 28000m³/h air separation plants was imported from Linde, Germany. With cooperation in production and design, and modifications by us in design, improvement to the manufacturing base our air separation plants have attained the best in its class enabling superior products in a comprehensive range. Our ASPs adopt the process based on normal temperature purification by a molecular sieve, a booster expander, a regular packing and argon column.
